TherApy
A Grounded Space for Healing, Growth, and Connection
Compassionate therapy rooted in presence, meaning, and whole-person care.
Welcome
I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Jamie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Sarajen Therapy, offering in-person therapy in Monona, Wisconsin, as well as secure telehealth therapy for clients across Wisconsin. I create a warm, compassionate space where you can slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with yourself.
Whether you’re navigating grief, anxiety, life transitions, exploring ketamine-assisted therapy, or simply feeling stuck, my work is grounded in the belief that every person has inherent worth, resilience, and the capacity for meaningful growth.

Why SarajeN TherApy?
A Practice Rooted in Meaning, Connection, and Hope
Sarajen Therapy was created in honor of my sisters who shaped my life and my work — Sarah and Jenny. Their love, strength, and resilience are woven into the heart of this practice. Here, healing is not rushed or forced. It’s nurtured. It’s honored. And it unfolds in a space where your story matters.
The StoneHouse
Sarajen Therapy is located inside The Stone House in Monona — a historic, grounding space filled with earthy textures, warm energy, and a community of women healers. With its brick exterior and old-world character, it holds a sense of stability, wisdom, and presence. It’s exactly the kind of environment where meaningful work can happen.
Ready to take the Next Step?
Healing begins with a conversation.
Reach out when you’re ready — I’d be honored to walk alongside you. I work with clients both in person and through virtual telehealth sessions. Whether we meet in the office or online, I hold space for the same depth, presence, and intentional connection that guide my approach.
